  1. Allison, How do you think this relates to other John Green novels? Are there similar themes? Does John Green do a good job of capturing the teenage voice? What age and/or grade level do you think this novel is geared towards?

Like stated in my book talk, 9th-12th grade would be the audience for this novel. There are similar themes in the two novels I have read of his. Both Will Grayson, Will Grayson and Paper Towns have themes of social identity, truth, the notion of future, image, and friendship. John Green does an excellent job of capturing a teenager’s voice. The voice sounds authentic and sounds like a male adolescent.
