Luke, you talk about the idea of using the book in the classroom, but you also mention that students need to know all the backstories of the characters. How many different plays does the graphic novel cover? From the characters you mention, I’m guessing at least five. Do you think students will have read all those plays, or if they at least knew one or two of the plays and then the teacher talked about the other plays and characters, would that give them a good understanding of the graphic novel?
